My UX Case Studies

I love UX. I’m driven by the belief that design can bring simplicity, relief and joy to life’s challenges. A single well-designed interaction, though seemingly insignificant, is sometimes enough to put a little smile on someone’s face. Multiply that by a hundred small moments, and you’ve significantly improved their quality of life. That’s the magic and the power of UX, and that’s what fuels me through even the toughest problems I set out to solve.

UPS Mobile Prototype

As UX Director at AKQA, my team collaborated with UPS to create an engaging and holistic mobile-driven experience. The platform was designed with digital-first service offerings such as instant shipping quotes and rich visual tracking details, providing shoppers with a better way to receive and return packages, while also helping small businesses create a simpler shipping method. The work I did here was implemented in early 2024 and can be found in the app links below.

Direct Booking

This widget can now be found on thousands of veterinary websites across the world, helping both clinicians and pet parents coordinate faster, saving both time and resources.
